Blargh, this was ment to be work with lighting, and perspective, but I fucked up the perspective royally. Originally, it was supposed to be a shot that was vertically going down towards Laura, but it’s a bit messed up. Ah well, at least I got the lighting and shading practice down.
So yeah. I’m aware, everything looks a bit off. My bad, I need to practice more. Story behind the pic? Well, our little genius, Dr. Laura DeSa has been known to disobey her mother’s orders and stay up past her bed time to research. Needless to say, by midnight, the 13 year old is exhausted. But the stubborn scientist refuses to sleep until her work is done, yes yes. Has anyone noticed I’ve actually been attempting backgrounds lately? I’m proud of myself. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. To help support the Literature community we hold regular contests. It is an opportunity for you to get involved and gain some exposure. Contest winners will be featured in a news article and a journal entry--as well as other fabulous prizes.
